The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff of the hostal was very poilte and helpful. I really got what was shown in the images at the time of booking. Very good value for the price that I paid. The location of the hostal worried me for the first time but it was okay afterwards. Hostal itself is very safe. The location is also near to Gran Via metro Station , Sol is also at walking distance.

The location of the hotel is very good. We can walk about five minutes to the Porto del Sol. The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

There isn’t lift there and rooms are situated on the third floor. The room and the bathroom was very small, just to sleep the night. The breakfast is served not in the hotel but in the cafe about ten to fifteen minutes walk.

Muito bem localizado perto da principal via da Cidade, numa zona central onde a pé chegamos facilmente aos locais para visitar. O pessoal do hotel sempre disponível para ajudar e a dar sugestões, muito simpáticos e além, disso a receção ter sempre alguém 24h mostra bastante segurança. Já sugeri o hotel a amigos e voltarei a ficar lá.

O Quarto estava demasiado próximo da receção e conseguia ouvir os telefones e os funcionários a falarem com os outros clientes.

Lo peor el ambiente de la zona. el agua de la ducha no se podía regular, o fría o caliente, y además era minúscula. La tv del salon era casi de Cuentame.

En la web aparece como un hotel pero en realidad es un hostal, por lo que la relación calidad/precio deja que mucho que desear. El ruido de la calle no te deja dormir, las ventanas no cierran y entra frío y ruido, no tiene ascensor,no cambian las toallas, no tienen planos de la ciudad ni del metro, es díficil encontrarlo ya que la única indicación es una fotocopia con el nombre en la puerta del edificio.

O facto de ter cilindro de água quente (e o mesmo pingar no chão) e a mesma ser limitada. Por vezes tinhamos de tomar banho a pressa para a agua quente não acabar. A vista da janela é bastante desagradavel, sendo prefereivel a cortina estar fechada. O facto de não ter pequeno almoço incluido no preço que foi pago é um ponto menos positivo.
