Está situado en pleno barrio de Las Letras, por lo que la situación es inmejorable, pero bien aislado del ruido.. Además muy cerquita hay una boca de metro. El apartamento acaba de ser renovado, muy amplio, super bien equipado y muy limpio. La persona que nos atendió muy amable. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Fantastisk lækker og velindrettet lejlighed i flot, nyt og moderne design beliggende i en charmerende gade helt centralt i Madrid. Vi har nydt at være så tæt på seværdigheder, indkøb og et sandt væld af spændende tapasbarer og pubber. Det kan bestemt anbefales hvis man vil nyde en afslappende weekend eller storbyferie med rige muligheder for oplevelser.

I was delayed arriving due to a lost bag at the airport, and the guy who was meeting me at the apartment was kind enough to wait for me. The apartment is well located within an easy walk to the key art museums, shopping areas and metro. The wifi worked well.
Negative:
Though the street is closed to main traffic, it can still get a bit noisy Friday and Saturday night with late night revellers walking past. But the back bedroom is very quiet.

Equipamiento excelente en general y magnífica ubicación cerca del Museo del Prado y Atocha y al lado del bullicio de Huertas, pero sin ruidos nocturnos. Un apartamento estupendo, cómodo, muy limpio, bien amueblado. Muy bueno. Otamar, amable, eficiente. Felicidades.

Dado el precio, se echa de menos un repaso de limpieza sin coste extra o al menos la reposición de ropa de baño y cama cada 48 o 72 horas.
