Positive:
The Hostal is located near to the Sol Metro station, and is just a few walks away to the Plaza Mayor.
Negative:
Is not easy to find this Hostal, because the sign board of the road is not easily see and the people there not really good in English speaking. I had been asking around to look for this hostal. The hostal is only for sleep, the kitchen do not provide kettle to boil water… Only an oven can be use.
Positive:
excellent location(!!!) – right next to plaza mayor , with low fares. nice room , kept clean . bit noisy at nights , but over all good value ( i got double bedroom for the price of one bedroom , that was almost the same as sherring a room in a hostel with 4 people). english talking staff.
Positive:
Exelent location, very clean, rather quiet, friendly english-speaking staff. Rather good budget variant.
Negative:
Rooms are very small, even no place for a second chair (one chair was aviable). Too small toilet room – even difficult to come in!!! We asked a room with 2 beds, but they gave us a room with one bed, one sheet and one blanket. Not very comfortable for two not wery young ladies. Breakfast (if you order it to the room) is rather poor – tost and coffee – not a variant. We recommend the hostel to people, who want good- located, clean budget place to stay. Not for those, who prefer comfort.
Positive:
Good location – in the very center of the city Friendly staff Good bed
Negative:
For me is was the smell in the lobby – some detergent or ear fresher – too strong, waked me up at night.
Positive:
it is always warm, near to central, and good price
Positive:
Nice rooms, very good location, just steps from plaza mayor. very good heating.
Negative:
the room was small. Not a good idea to go with car, very expensive parkings nearby.
Positive:
We come as a group of 4 friend to shop every January we always stay at the hostal as the rooms are clean and well maintained the staff can’t do enough for you. The location is good for shops, eating out, sightseeing and nightlife. I can’t recommend this hostal highly enough.
Positive:
This is a great place for people with a tight budget. The hostel is right outside of the plaza mayor. The rooms are very cozy. Good value for your Euro.
Negative:
Our room was a bit warm and had an unusual smell.
Positive:
I was staying with my girlfriend in the bigger double (absolute must because room was small) and on the trip was my brother his girlfriend and their 8yr old. We chose this place mainly because of the price and it’s excellent location! It was really easy to find, there are lots of stairs to reach the hostel but there is a lift. The sol metro station is literally a few minutes walk away. It was quiet at night. They offer breakfast/coffees in bed-really cheap too. Our bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned to a high standard everyday. The shower cubicle we had in our bathroom was normal sized but in the other family room was it teeny weeny lol but The shower had the best pressure and hot hot water, which whilst on a city break doing a lot of walking was a god send lol Overall for what we paid it was perfect just what we needed for our 5 night stay!
Negative:
I can’t really fault this place for how cheap it was, the only thing I can think of was on the morning we were leaving we checked out at 730am and it was not possible to get a coffee so early..but really not the end of the world!
Positive:
location, staff
