Positive:
The “red level” service was excellent. Staff very friendly, impeccable service. The room was very nice. The quality price ratio is very high. Strongly recommended.
Negative:
Only a small detail. A five star hotel should supply fresh (perhaps, organic) milk, not disgusting uht milk. Milk quality is generally a problem in Spain, but a hotel of such a high standing should be able to overcome it. El Corte Ingles sells reasonably good fresh milk. La leche tendria que ser fresca, y no UHT (leche de larga duracion).
Positive:
The location was fantastic
Negative:
When we arrived, we were told that we were given a complimentary upgrade. The room was so small, there was no room to store luggage. The robe hanging in the bathroom had fresh blood stains. The woman who checked us in was quite friendly, but she was a trainee and clealy inexperienced. We did get a different room which was larger. Unfortunately, first impressions are everlasting.
Negative:
Minibar pricing
Positive:
The Gran Melia Felix truly ranks as one of the great hotels of the world for its appearance and style. Our rooms were relatively small, but beautifully appointed. The value for money was excellent. In walking distance of many of Madrid’s key attractions.
Positive:
Excellent service at the red level. Very helpful and attentive staff
Negative:
The room temperature was too high even with the heating off.
Positive:
A very nice hotell with excellent service and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the red level lounge.
Negative:
The room was very nice, but we had expected that the red level rooms had a open view over the city, but that was not the case. A little bit disapointing.
Positive:

Negative:
