Positive:
A very nicely designed apartment (you feel the hand of the architect). We had a “Superior”, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second bedroom is a bit small. Same for the second bathroom, but having two is quite useful for a group of 5 persons. The living room is relatively spacious and has two large sofa’s. The kitchen is a bit small, fairly well equipped for preparing breakfast. I wouldn’t prepare dinner there (but we did not visit Madrid to cook anyway). The supermercado is literally a couple of houses from the apartment, and open until 8.30pm. What do you need more? Located at walking distance of several touristic places. With a metro station in the same street, you can get anywhere easily.
Negative:
Some minor remarks (to make it ‘perfect’). A bit minimal on closets (like nothing available to store your coat – maybe useless in summer, but not in winter). Missing cleaning utilities. As the apartment is only cleaned once a week, a broom would be useful to wipe the floor. A kitchen towel was also missing. Not that many decent restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. From the guide in the apartment: “Casa Angel” and “Sahara” are great.
Positive:
We were the first to stay there and we think they hadn’t taken care yet of the details but in general the appartment was spacious and modern. The personnel was very helpful and polite. Everything was in walking distance.
Negative:
The floor was pretty dusty and there was not any cleaning utilities to do it by ourselves. The cleaning lady visits the appartment only once every seven days and although we didn’t stay that long I imagine that this could be a problem.

What can I say. Great place to stay. Booked two, two bed apartments which were lovely and spacious. Furbished to a high standard with a great kitchen/dinning area. Good sized bathroom and bedrooms. Living area very comfortable. All very clean and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Metro station a minutes walk down from the apartment but if you are up to walking, most attractions can be done on foot. Great stay, great city. Would use these apartments again.
