The hotel is well located and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The room, although very small and minimally furnished, was clean and quiet.

The hotel is well located but considerably over priced, therefore it is a poor value. I expected a larger room with better lighting and furnishings including a true king size bed (Vs two twin beds) for the price paid. I will not consider staying in the hotel again nor will I recommend it to others.

Everyone I came in contact with was very kind and helpful. I did not speak Spanish and it was very nice to be able to be understood. I really liked the computer in the lobby that was free to guests as I did not have one with me. At another hotel I stayed in they charged for the use of the computer. I felt very comfortable and safe here.

A very clean, pleasant and well designed hotel, breakfast was delightful however quite expensive if one only wanted coffee/juice and toast. I would definetly return. Internet access in the lobby was a great bonus.
    Negative:
    The bar area lacked atmosphere..

Excellent location. Walk nearly everywhere and right on metro line to main station and elsewhere.
    Negative:
Tea and coffee making in room or for guests in dining area would be nice.

Location was great as it was close to metro and within walking distance of the Art Triangle & to Sol … but far enough not to be very noisy at night. The bathroom facilities were great. The lady receptionist and the night waiter at the bar were both friendly.
