Everything surpassed our expectations. Clearly, the owner is very interested in making sure her guests enjoy the apartment and Madrid itself. The apartment is beautifully appointed and abundantly stocked with everything one might need, including kitchen items, DVDs, CDs, numerous up-to-date guidebooks, even a small medicine chest. The owner’s caretakers responded to our every need. Also, Lavapies is a fantastic neighborhood, far enough from the madding tourist crowd, but an easy walk to places like the Rena Sofia, Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor. We’ve stayed in other apartments in Madrid and can’t say enough good things about this one. We’ll definitely be back!

L’appartamento descritto come un attico in realtà era una mansarda pertanto alcuni punti decisamente scomodi da raggiungere. Non ho potuto effettuare il pagamento con carta di credito per un “guasto alla macchinetta” ( così ci ha spiegato l’addetto). Non mi è stata rilasciata nessuna fattura. Sapevo che non c’era l’ascensore, tuttavia non mi aspettavo 92 gradini per arrivare in mansarda.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i Madrid. VI reiste emd 2 store barn og en baby. Leilgiheten var stor nok til at vi kunne oppholde oss der uten at det ble for trangt. Leiligheten var kjempefin, og hadde alt av utstyr tilgjengelig. Området den var i var kanskje ikke det beste, men det var kort å gå til bl annet Sol og plaza mayor. To ting å bemerke; det er veldig lytt inn til naboleiligheten, og det kom noen veldig merkelig lyder derfra. Det andre er at leiligheten er i 4 etasje, og det er ikke heis, så denne leiligheten passer ikke for noen som er dårlig til beins
