The place is brilliant. In such a central location on a very busy street but was super quiet. So much space and everything you could want for your stay (washing machine and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, tv…). Marc was really nice and helpful and you are walking distance to so many attractions. Great value for money and would highly recommend it.
Negative:
The apartment is treated as such for the duration of your stay and as such is not cleaned but for us, and for a 3 day stay, it wasn’t an issue. If you were staying for longer then this might be an issue.

Location : 5-10 minutes to two major plazas in Old City (Puerto del Sol and Plaza Major), walking distance to Prado.

A bit noisy till very late hours. Staff does not speak English. No shelves in the bathroom.

The Apartamentos Madrid Huertas location is a new family based hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful in accommodating its guests. The apartment is newly constructed and the appliances/equipments are well taken care of.
Negative:
The Apartamentos Madrid Huertas location is a good hotel, however we had experienced problem with check-in times, as they start from 14h00 on wards and there is a need to call them for checking-in. It is strongly suggested that at least one person can stay at the hotel, in any case the guests may have encountered any problems. Also, it is recommended for the guest to double check the whole account of the bill, as we were charged at first for the booking fee, that we were unaware of.

De 2-pers. studio is zeer ruim, alles nog zo goed als nieuw en op een perfecte locatie. De prijs is bovendien laag in vergelijking tot hotelprijzen die dezelfde kwaliteit zouden leveren. Huertas is een heerlijk straatje in het mooie centrum, we zaten aan de straatkant maar absoluut geen (geluids)overlast.
Negative:
Omdat het appartementen zijn, is niet 24 uur per dag iemand aanwezig. Beste om op het vliegveld vast even te bellen, zodat er bij aankomst zeker iemand is (met een code kun je daarna 24 uur per dag naar binnen).
