Very nice located, nice people

Internet did not work at all although we made clear that it was very important for us. Rooms are very small and smelly, there was water liking from the ceiling into the bed, walls are very thin so one can hear everything. Parking is not really available except for a very expensive public garage.

Room was very very big with 5 beds in even though we only booked a twin room. Also had a large balcony.

Reception staff dont speak English.

El apartamento en el que estuve estaba muy bien, amplio, limpio, bien situado y bien de precio. Desconozco si los otros apartamentos del edificio eran iguales, pero el que nos tocó estaba genial.
Negative:
En general todo estaba muy bien para el precio, pero si tengo que poner alguna pega, es en el aparcamiento. Tiene 5 plazas, de tamaño normal, pero lo malo es acceder a ellas, muchas maniobras y muy poco espacio para hacerlas…

Esta en una casa y en una calle, estrecha, que es un barrio, parece cutre…

Me ha gustado la simpatía y el trato de recepción, la tempertaura de la habitación estaba bastante bien, no tuve sensación ni de frío ni de calor.

Sin embargo, yo habia contratado una habitación doble de una o dos camas, y me asignaron una triple, no me cobraron ningun incremento, pero la habitación ya no era tan agradable como yo me imaginaba.

Buon relax in una stanza che dava su un cortile interno. Possibilità di cucinare e prepararsi da mangiare. A 150 mt. C’è la fermata della metro Prosperidad (linea 4) e qualche birreria e negozi di vario genere.
Negative:
Un paio di persone al rientro nella notte hanno fatto rumore, neanche fosse stato mezzogiorno… A volte ci vuole una buona dose di pazienza con I maleducati!
